1-on-1 Training

This form of training is available to all dogs that have never done any formal training or are looking to refresh their skills.

It focuses on basic skills and commands, communication between owner and dog, positive reinforcement, as well as more advanced skills including stay, “real life” exercises for come when called, mastering self-control, leash manners, improving reliability of responsiveness to requests around distractions and cue discrimination.

Some parts of this training, especially the socialisation aspects and reactiveness around other dogs may be trained at our daycare (this is mainly for existing clients).

This course is a starting point for pups on their way to becoming well-mannered and well-adjusted members of your family and the world we live in.

Great attention is paid to nutrition, mental stimulation, house training,
nipping, mouthing, jumping up, socialisation, gentling and handling.

Every dog deserves to have a happy, confident life. If your dog displays signs of anxiety, fear, discomfort, we may be able to to help them open up.

The list of benefits is endless: confidence building, strengthening the Canine-Human bond, allowing for more comfortable socialisation with other people and dogs, desensitising or eliminating triggers, less stress, and many more.

Disclaimer: we are dog trainers, not dog behaviourists. We constantly progress our knowledge, however if we see that your dog requires a deeper level of knowledge, we will redirect you to a dog behaviourist.
